# How does JumpStart work? #### STEP 1- CREATE A CAMPAIGN Just like top crowdfunding platforms KickStarter, IndieGoGo, and GoFundMe, the first step is to craft an engaging and interesting campaign with our easy-to-use campaign creation wizard. This will include everyting a contributor needs to know about the project and how you will structure your NFT Tiers and what perks contributors will receive. You want to make sure this is well branded and visually appealing. The better looking and more informative your campaign the more succesful it will do. #### STEP 2- PUBLISH CAMPAIGN AND CREATE SMART CONTRACTS You can preview as many times as you want to get it just right before publishing and creating the smart contracts and nfts on the blockchain. Once your campaign is ready it's time to publish! Choose a start date and end date for the campaign (within 60 days from create date) and publish your campaign. To publish you will need to pay a one-time campaign creation fee in $SK or any of our partner payment tokens. This will publish the campaign on our site and create the NFT and accompanying smart contracts on-chain. Once your start date arrives anyone can navigate to your campaign url and start contributing and minting NFT's! #### STEP 3- SHARE YOUR CAMPAIGN AND START RAISING FUNDS Immediately after publish, your campaign will be viewable in the JumpStart gallery and homepage. Your share link will be enabled and anyone who visits your custom link will be able to jump right into your campaign. As soon as your campaign begins, users can begin contributing and minting NFT's! #### STEP 4- SUCCESSFULLY FUND AND COMPLETE YOUR CAMPAIGN Once you've reached your minimum funding goal and the campaign ends you can claim your funds! Industry standard fee is 5% but if you set your minimum funding goal to 100% and also raise funds with the recommended network token you can reduce fees up to 30%! #### STEP 5- BRING YOUR INNOVATION TO LIFE Now that you've successfully funded a campaign its time to bring your idea to life!
